The Minneapolis eatery scene is a force to be reckoned with. One chef and two investors feel they have found the location and menu to claim stake within this city’s phenomenal restaurant reputation. The bare-bones structure is a beautiful 1920’s warehouse only a stone’s throw from the Twins Stadium. Raw, honest materials, exposed original brick work, and wood floors drove the design direction. The menu is going to emphasize all food made from scratch, and the space needs to reflect just that.
Because of the steep site, the micro brewery will sit below the restaurant, but will still have the ability to access street level on the north side of the building.
